In the event of lift breakdown or emergency our call-out desk is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days per year, ensuring a prompt response from our highly experienced team of engineers who are committed to returning your lift to service as quickly as possible. We are able to repair and maintain any type of lift regardless of manufacturer.

Due to us wanting your lift left in the best condition possible, we do not offer back in service or response times to breakdowns as we want our engineers to have the most time possible to work safely on the lift to make sure the lift is fixed correctly and left in full working order when we leave the site. We do

however try to aim for a same day response to all call outs and ETA’s will be provided at the time of call out. Trapped passengers will be prioritised.

Regular servicing not only ensures the safety of lift users and the reliability of the equipment, it also enhances its life expectancy, protecting your investment for the future. We offer a range of service contracts from basic to comprehensive and can also tailor make contracts to suit your individual needs. 

All our Quotes, Site Survey’s, Repairs and Invoicing can be supplied with photo support from our visits to your site.
